Inferna territory, home to Hotbloods, is located in the southwest of Caelum. The wolves here believe that they have descended from the sun, and many of them have a dislike for cold and wet.
The marsh that reaches out to touch the tip of the Claw's fingers is full of stagnant salt water. Trees, such as junipers and kauris, rise high into the sky, their roots constantly being fed by the rich water. Fish from the sea often wander into these strange, fertile lands, and make them a great food source. Be aware though that some fish can be actually be sharks, or large enough to swallow a wolf whole.
Trees here range from the ones found in the lagoon to trees found on a savannah. Most of them have a bare, almost dead-like appearance, due to the climate. Here, the air is dry, despite the usual cool breezes coming in off the sea. Large areas within the forest are hilly, rocky, and steep valleys riddle it's expansive space. It takes up the most room in Hotblood territory, and the wolves love it for hunting and living alike. The raining season causes floods, for the ground is too dry to soak it up.
The Claw is a peninsula extending from the mainland to almost touch the rest of the Hotblood's land. It is full of tropical rainforest. The trees here are some of the tallest on Caelum, reaching far into the sky. The plant life ranges from the largest of flowers to the softest of mosses. Yet no animals seem to live here. The frequent lightning storms light up the area in a creepy way. Vines tangle themselves around your body, dragging you high into the trees. Giant flowers smell of death and decay, and almost half, if not all, of the plants are poisonous in some way, even if they look... delicious. Some say there is no such thing as a fly trap there - for they are big enough to swallow a whole deer.
Frigus territory, home to Coldbloods, is located in the northeast of Caelum. The wolves here believe that they have descended from the moon, and many of them have a dislike for hot and dry.
Webwood is aptly named, but it may take a wolf a minute or two to notice. Look up into the canopy, where shining strands of silver crisscross in an impossible maze between the branches. An even closer look reveals spiders of all shapes and sizes, spinning webs and gorging on insects. The more open parts of the forests are safe, but the denser the trees are packed, the closer the webs get to the ground...And the larger the spiders seem to have gotten.
A small freshwater lake, Moonmirror is named for its large glassy surface that reflects the sky beautifully. At midnight, it is said to indicate a forgotten place full of beauty and magic, though no one has yet figured it out yet, and only a few wolves still know the old stories and riddles. A few fish live within Moonmirror and the water is relatively warm; it is an excellent place to swim. Unfortunately, it has to be accessed through the surrounding jungle, which at times simply isn't worth it.
Darkmire is a small swamp to the north of Coldblood territories. To the north is another lake in the territory, and to the east are some grasslands. However, despite its size, Darkmire is certainly worth a look. The waters are murky and it is said that at night, lights seem to glow from within. Quicksand is common and can easily suck in a wolf. It's advisable to watch your step.
Pendeo territory, home to Ashbloods, is located in the central part of Caelum. The wolves here are crosses between Hotbloods and Coldbloods, or are those who dislike being restricted in packs due to species.
The western border of the Ashblood's territory touches the mighty Sea of Alia, and its salty waters stretches into the lowland. Here, a fen is made, springing all sorts of plant life, and tons of sticky mud. Milkweed is the number one plant that grows here, in all of its species. Be careful - some types, when consumed, can make you sick, while others can heal you from infection, get rid of worms, or be made into silk.
In the center of Pendeo sits the Spirit Plain, a savannah full of life and wonder. The grass grows gold and green, and it's a wonderful place to hunt. At night, though, tricks are played upon the eyes. Wolves say they see white orbs hanging in the sky, and dancing along the river beds. They sing, some say, while others speak of an eternal silence when these orbs are near. Most say they are spirits, looking for their bodies.
Snuggled around the eastern and southern borders, is the Yaedake Forest, a topical jungle filled with life. All year round, it is humid and moist, The trees here are not as tall as the ones at The Claw, nor as dangerous, but thunder storms and floods are common. Be aware of the prey here - many of them have amazing defences.
Right above Pendeo, outside of any pack boundaries, and almost in a different existence, lies the land of the white ghost. Here, redwoods grow, the mountains behind them and the ocean in front providing a steady income of fog and the right amount of humidity - they only grow here, in all the world. If you walk further into the trees, and follow the tiniest of paths, you come to a giant of a tree, but it's not its size that makes it impressive. It is the white tree that grows from it's bottom, standing nearlythirty feet in height. This tree, because of its snow white needles, is sacred to the wolves of Pendeo, and is known as "The White Ghost". Sometimes, the pack comes here to pray, and they mourn the dead here.
This place is referred to as "Luminous Labyrinth" by the aboveground wolves. Behind the Falls of Verona you can find a stair, hewn roughly into the earth. If one cares to follow their path, it leads into the caverns beneath. The Labyrinth is, as far as any wolf knows, never-ending. The gaping chasm seems to go down forever and no wolf in Caelum has ever journeyed to the dark depths of this place. How such a thing ever occurred is unknown and, what's more, how it still exists is nearly a miracle in itself. The giant trees of Verona have stretched their bioluminescent roots down, down, down and they are what prevent the collapse of this cavern. The massive roots crisscross the chasm, creating broadly sloped paths for the wolves to walk upon if they cannot fly, and glowing softly in the eternal twilight of the underground world. Past all of the roots the waterfall continues to tumble, and it is said that it falls straight into the center of the earth…Or the bottom of the Labyrinth, whichever comes first. There is no limit to the accidents that may occur in a place such as this, though, but the allure of unlocking the secrets of the Labyrinth are too tempting to simply cast aside.
This place is a combination of dirt, rocks, and roots. The tree roots from Verona hold up a bowl-like structure, capable of fitting hundreds or even thousands of wolves at the same time. The flat area in the center is mostly dirt and rock and is an area meant for socializing and congregating. One may climb higher up via roots and stones that form primitive stairs. The walls hold many small hollows for nests and sleeping wolves, though this is usually in the higher regions away from the dull murmur of chitchat. Excessively loud wolves may be asked to leave.
This cavern is taller than it is wide, and is shaped roughly like a circle. Luminous fungi and moss lines the walls. No monsters lurk here, but many have succeeded or failed to prove their worth in battle between its ancient walls. Natural ledges run higher up, providing the perfect place for spectators. During the glory days, sometimes beasts were made to fight, but that is rare now. Soloceum is found from one of the larger tree roots in the Labyrinth, acting as a path that leads into a short stony tunnel before emerging into a great cavern. This tunnel is studded with glittering gems and crystals. It is traditional for victors to take these valuable stones.
As one traverses the lower parts of the Labyrinth (at least, low by wolf standards), they encounter the Deeps. Each level is several hundred feet lower than the last one. Wolves may come here to explore or to attempt to mine. Each deep has thousands of tunnels leading into the earth; some of them are very old and liable to collapse while others are newer. Some wolves, considered insane by most, live in the deeps if they do not enjoy a sociable life. Many parts of the deeps are very old and susceptible to collapsing or landslides. Because of this, they are considered very dangerous and young wolves are forbidden from venturing here. The brave and foolish may attempt to explore in order to encounter new wonders.
By some great phenomena, ice hardened over the ages to form this slippery bridge, spanning between two cave walls above the chasm below. In some places it's thin and treacherous and in others, wide enough for many scores of wolves to pass side-by-side. Some say there is a great three-headed snake monster that lives below, and still others say that at the other end of the bridge is a great door leading to the spirit world. Like Soloceum, it is accessed through a tunnel leading from one of the tree roots, though this tunnel is a good deal larger and is not studded with crystals.

The Fangs are located in the north of Caelum, above Coldblood territory. A large river weaves through them, carving into the earth. One can almost sense a sort of fresh earthiness, as if the world were new, though the mountains are as aged as Sun and Moon. Even in the summer the air is refreshingly chilly and the mountains are snow capped. In the winter, temperatures are sometimes unbearably freezing- though the beauty of the scenery is almost worth it.
Though it's just a pup's legend, there is an old story that is often told for fun. It tells of a greedy wolf named Midas who thought the Sun was the most beautiful thing in the world, so he thought that all things should be the same golden color. He soon got his wish, and everywhere he set paw turned yellow. That's why plains are always golden- though they're far less interesting than the legend makes out. Still, they have good hunting.
The aptly named "Dustlands" is simply a wide expanse of dry sand- or, the more popular term, a desert. Though it doesn't look very threatening, it's easy for a wolf to die of hunger or thirst here, if they don't know where to look for food. Those close to death often have strange visions- not only of watering holes, but of stranger things as well. It's best to steer clear unless you have great endurance or absolutely have to venture into this territory.
This vast valley is a virtual Garden of Eden, sweeping from the roots of one mountain to another. The fauna and flora within seem to be different than anything else known to Caelum, blushing exotic colors and boasting a dreamy otherworld atmosphere. A wolf would feel quite small here, where everything seems more massive than in the rest of Caelum, from the trees to the insects. Perhaps the most spectacular feature of all is the massive waterfall at one end of the valley. However, it does not create a river, but seems to fall into the earth without leaving a trace. Few wolves have discovered the true reason as to why this is…
The vines. They hang and drape from the towering trees of Verona, glowing faintly in the dark like a luminous web of plant life. Here, it is easy to become ensnared in more ways than one. Their purple flowers live in every season but winter, when the vines freeze over and break at a touch. The rest of the year, however, the seemingly harmless blooms give off a sweet, intoxicating scent. It is then that those who smell it become extremely infatuated with whoever they are with at the time...But if they're not with anyone, things might go horribly awry.
